From 8 to 10 November 2024 the EUROPEAN FORUM for Left, Green and Progressive forces took place in Budapest (Hungary). The EF is an open space for talks, debates, initiatives between different social forces: trade unions, parties, NGOs, civil society. For the first time it took place in a Eastern European Country, in recognition of the struggle of the Hungarian Left to resist and defend social rights under the actual difficult situation.
DIALOP was invited to hold a stand in the hall. The dialogue experience arose interest and the new image brochure was highly appreciated. In many European Countries – signed by harmful and difficult relations between the Left and the Churches or religion in general – the DIALOP plattform was perceived as a hopeful sign of solution for conflicts and enmities.
